Company is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor
to help our existing Kitchen Team continue
to develop and grow the Brew Yard business.
Great beer, entertainment, people,
and of course food are the recipe for an
awesome Wachusett Brewing experience.
We are looking for a kitchen supervisor to
assist the Head chef in delivering excellent
customer service and delicious meals. You
will prep, cook and deliver according to
specifications as well as assist the Head
Chef with scheduling, food ordering, and
delegating tasks to the other kitchen staff
throughout the day.
Other requirements include:
Deliver amazing customer service when
interacting with customers face-to-face
Creation of daily and weekly specials
Assigning workstations and duties
Ensuring the completion of work tasks
and closing tasks
Adjusting staffing levels according to
Maintaining inventory items in the Point
of sales system
Set up workstations with required
ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
Cooking food with various utensils or
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
Ensure great presentation by properly
dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are
stored safely & properly
Stock, date, rotate and check
temperature of products.
Continuously check quality of
Follow recipes and product directions
for preparing food.
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
Taste products and keep records to
accurately plan food production.

Knowledge & Skills
- General food
safety knowledge (SERV Safe Required)
- Allergen Awareness
- At least 3-year
cooking experience in a full-service
- Fluent in the use
of Microsoft Office
- Must have proven
- Grill & fry.
- Keep an
A high school
diploma or a GED is required. Light amounts
of lifting (usually less than 20 pounds) may
be required as well. A typical workday is
ten hours and includes kitchen preparation
during the times the restaurant is not in a
